Hello, my name is Sandra and I am the proud owner of Blue Lotus Beauty Spa. I specialize in aesthetics and nails. I have been in the beauty industry since 2006, I originally began my career as a cosmetologist before realizing my true passion is for skin care and manicure/pedicure treatments. I want each of my guests to leave my space feeling relaxed and refreshed from each of their appointments, does not matter if it is a wax, nail, threading, facial or tinting appointment. It brings me pure joy being able to provide all of my guests with the best experience possible. I can’t wait to be able to provide each of you with an amazing experience!

Cancellation Policy

I require a 48-72hr notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments that are made. If you know you will be arriving more than 15 mins late for an appointment, please reach out to let me know of the situation and we can reschedule for a later time that day or I will advise you that your appointment will be shortened due to another appointment scheduled after you or needing to be rescheduled for another day, depending on the service. Any appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hrs prior to their scheduled appointment are required to put 50% deposit of the service or services that are scheduled, this deposit is non refundable. I always allow the first last minute cancellation as a “freebie” moving forward the policy will apply. No-Show appointments will be required to pay 100% of the services or services scheduled and blocked from scheduling any future appointments until that appointment is paid in full. At that time a card will be required to be on your file for all future appointments and a non refundable deposit will be required. I know there are circumstances that are out of control, like illnesses, work, or family emergencies, each circumstance will be noted and handled accordingly. Please be aware that multiple text messages and email reminders are sent prior to your scheduled appointment. I ask that you please be respectful of my time to provide you with your service and understand that this is my way of paying for any expenses needed to supply my business and help support my family.
